Every Wrapped plan includes the core gift card program: gift cards that stay in sync across all your connected sales channels, the web store, branding, emails, wallet passes and reports. Pro and higher add marketing automations, campaigns, giveaways, the Wrapped API and integrations such as Klaviyo. Plus adds premium onboarding, priority support and a dedicated account manager.

Enterprise plans are agreed with the Wrapped team. If a marketing page asks you to upgrade while you're on Enterprise, contact the Wrapped team to have those features switched on for your account.
What you see when a feature isn't on your plan
- Marketing (Campaigns, Automations and Giveaways): on Basic, these pages show an upgrade page with an Upgrade to Pro button instead of your list.
- Pro-only actions elsewhere, such as creating an API key or turning an integration on or off: Wrapped takes you to Plan and billing with the message "Upgrade your plan to use that feature."
- Before you've chosen a plan: some settings can't be saved until you start your free trial. For example, changing integrations shows "You need a paid plan to change integrations."
To get the feature, upgrade in Settings › Plan and billing. The change takes effect straight away. See Upgrading or downgrading your plan.

Is the web store included on Basic?
Yes. The web store is included on every plan.
Do I need Pro for the Wrapped API?
Yes. API access is available on the Pro plan and above only. See The Wrapped API.
Do I need Pro to give bonus gift cards or bonus credit?
Yes. Bonus gift cards and bonus credit come from marketing automations, which are on Pro and above. See Marketing automations.
Can I connect Klaviyo on Basic?
Integrations such as Klaviyo are included on Pro and above. See Klaviyo integration.
Do Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes cost extra?
No. They're included on every plan.
Does a higher plan include more gift cards?
Yes. Pro includes 200 gift cards a month and Plus includes 500, compared with 50 on Basic. Higher plans also charge less for each extra card. See How the monthly gift card allowance works.
What happens to Pro features if I downgrade?
Active automations are turned off, and you can't use campaigns, giveaways, API keys or Pro integrations on Basic. Your gift cards and sales channels aren't affected. See Upgrading or downgrading your plan.
