Add-on integrations connect Wrapped to your marketing, returns and automation tools. They are separate from sales channels (Shopify, Lightspeed, Square and the rest), which are where gift cards are sold and redeemed. Add-ons are managed at Settings › Integrations and API keys, and they are included on the Pro plan and above.
Only Owners and Admins can open the Integrations and API keys page.

Shopify, Lightspeed, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Square, Heartland, Wix, Hike and Bopple are sales channels, not add-ons. Connect them at Settings › Sales channels. See Supported sales channels.
Slack, Segment and Zendesk
Wrapped doesn't currently offer Slack, Segment or Zendesk integrations. The Integrations and API keys tile on the Settings page mentions Slack, but there is no Slack connection on the page itself. Zapier or your own code using the Wrapped API usually covers what people want from these tools:
AI assistants
If you use an AI assistant such as Claude or Cursor, you can connect it to this help center so it can search and read these articles. This is free, needs no Wrapped account and never sees your account data.
On Pro and above, owners and admins can also give an AI assistant read-only access to your account (plan and usage, sales channel health, gift card timelines and sync status, automations and email delivery) from Settings › Integrations and API keys › Connect an AI assistant. Integrations and your monthly gift card allowance
- Gift cards created by a Klaviyo flow action, a Loop return, a Zapier action or the Wrapped API count toward your monthly gift card allowance, the same as any other gift card. See How the monthly gift card allowance works.
- Gift cards sold through Gift a Restaurant don't count toward your allowance.
- Voided gift cards don't count, whichever integration created them.
- Sending events to Klaviyo or Zapier doesn't create gift cards, so it never uses your allowance.
Common questions
I can't see Settings › Integrations and API keys. Why?
The page is only available to Owners and Admins. Ask an Owner on your account to change your role. See Team members and roles.
I'm on the Basic plan. Can I use integrations?
Add-on integrations and API access are included on Pro and above. Owners can change the plan at Settings › Plan and billing. See Plans and pricing and Which features are included on each plan.
Does Wrapped integrate with a tool that isn't listed here?
Not directly. Most tools can be connected through Zapier, or a developer can build a connection with the Wrapped API and webhooks. If you're a technology partner planning an integration, email api@wrappedgiftcards.com.
Is there a test or sandbox mode for integrations?
No. Integrations work on your live Wrapped account. Test with a small gift card sent to your own email address, then void it. Voided gift cards don't count toward your allowance.
