No, Wrapped doesn't currently send notifications to Slack, and there's no Slack connection on the Settings › Integrations and API keys page. The Integrations and API keys tile on the Settings page mentions Slack, but you won't find a Slack option on the page itself.
You can still get gift card alerts in a Slack channel with one of the options below.
Option 1: Zapier (no code)
Build a Zap with a Wrapped trigger and a Slack action, for example "post a message to #sales when a gift card is issued". Wrapped sends Zapier events when a gift card is issued or its balance changes, and when a card is gifted, reminded, voided or expires. Add a Filter step on the event type if you only want some of them.
Zapier is included on the Pro plan and above. See Zapier integration.
Option 2: Webhooks from the Wrapped API (for developers)
A developer can register a webhook with the Wrapped API, receive gift card events at your own server, and post them to Slack with a Slack incoming webhook. This gives you full control over the message. API access is included on the Pro plan and above. See The Wrapped API.
Common questions
Why does the Settings page mention Slack?
The tile's description mentions Slack, but Wrapped doesn't currently offer a Slack integration. Use Zapier or webhooks as described above.
Can I get the alert by email instead?
Yes, with Zapier: use a Wrapped trigger and an email action instead of Slack. To review sales over time, use Reports. See Reports overview.
Will a Slack alert use my gift card allowance?
No. Sending events to Zapier or your own server doesn't create gift cards.
