Integrations overview

Every add-on integration Wrapped offers (Klaviyo, Loop Returns, Zapier, the Wrapped API and webhooks, and Gift a Restaurant), what each one does, which plan it needs and where to set it up.

The Wrapped API

How the Wrapped REST API works (base URL, x-api-key authentication, rate limits, idempotency, paging and webhooks) with examples for creating a gift card, looking one up by code, correcting a balance with an adjustment and voiding a card. Pro plan and above.

Create and manage API keys

How Owners and Admins create, copy, rename and delete private API keys for the Wrapped API at Settings › Integrations and API keys, which plans include API access, and how to keep keys safe and rotate them.

Klaviyo integration

Connect Klaviyo to send Wrapped gift card events (Issued, Updated, Reminder, Gifted, Voided and more) to customer profiles, with every event property you can use in Klaviyo flows and email templates, plus testing and troubleshooting.

Issue gift cards from a Klaviyo flow

Add a webhook step to a Klaviyo flow so Wrapped creates and emails a promotional gift card, for example "spend over $200, get a $20 gift card". Covers the Destination URL, the Wrapped-Verification header, every JSON body field, what the card looks like and troubleshooting.

Loop Returns integration

Connect Loop Returns so that when a Loop return refunded as credit is closed, Wrapped creates a gift card for the credit, syncs it to your sales channels and emails it to the customer. Covers requirements, the webhook and secret setup, what the customer sees and troubleshooting.

Zapier integration

Connect an AI assistant to Wrapped (MCP)
