Wrapped tracks two things about a gift card sale: the value of the gift card (what the customer can spend) and the order total your sales channel recorded. Discounts change the order total but not the card's value, so a $100 card sold for $85 is a $100 gift card in Wrapped, and its order shows $85. Voiding a sale takes the card to $0, but the revenue recorded for the original order stays, by design.
What "revenue" means where

Order totals are what the sales channel recorded for the whole order, which can include tax, shipping and other items bought at the same time. If one order includes several gift cards, each card's Revenue column shows the whole order total, so don't add up the column across cards.
Voids
When a gift card sale is voided at the POS (for example in Lightspeed), Wrapped makes an adjustment that brings the card to $0 and marks it Disabled. Wrapped doesn't void the gift card or transaction inside Lightspeed, because that can make a gift card unusable in future.
After a void:

To see net sales after voids, export the Adjustments report and include the voided adjustments, or use Summary by sales channel, where voids fall under Other adjustment. See Voiding a gift card sale or return in X-Series and Void or delete a gift card.
Deleting is different from voiding. Deleting a gift card sets its balance to $0 in every connected sales channel and removes it from reporting. Use delete for test cards, and void for real sales that were reversed.
Discounts
Question: If I sell a $100 gift card for $85 using a discount in Shopify or at the register, does Wrapped record $100 or $85, and is the $15 visible?
Answer: The gift card is a $100 card, and that's what Wrapped records as its value. The $15 discount isn't shown as its own figure anywhere in Wrapped; see it in your sales channel's order and discount reports.

How this works by channel:
- Shopify: the card's value is the price of the gift card product variant the customer bought (for example the $100 variant), before any discount code or automatic discount. The order total Wrapped stores is Shopify's order total after discounts.
- Web store: the card's value is the value set on the product option. Coupons reduce what the customer pays, not the card's value. A product option can also be priced below its value, for example $85 for a $100 card. See Discount coupons for your web store and Create gift card products for your web store.
- POS: the card's value is the amount loaded onto the gift card in the POS. How a discount on a gift card sale is handled at the register depends on your POS; check the sale in your POS reports.

Refunds
The gift card list's Revenue column is never reduced after an order is recorded, including when the purchase is later refunded. Any change to the card's balance from a refund appears on its timeline and in the Adjustments report. See Refund a gift card purchase.
Common questions
Why does a voided card still show revenue on the gift card list?
The Revenue column records the order the card was sold on, and that order still happened. Wrapped doesn't reduce it when the card is voided. This is intended. The void is in the card's timeline and the Adjustments report.
Why is a card's Revenue higher than its value?
The column counts whole orders, including other items, tax and shipping, and any later orders where the card was redeemed or topped up.
Can I see discounts given on gift card sales in Wrapped?
No. Wrapped records the card's value and the order total. Use your sales channel's discount reports.
Does Wrapped create a $85 card if the customer paid $85?
No. The card gets the value of the product or option bought ($100). If you want to sell a smaller-value card, sell a product or variant with that value.
Is a voided card's value counted as redeemed?
In the Liability reports, yes: Redeemed is everything issued that's no longer on the card and didn't expire, which includes voids. The Adjustments report shows voids separately from redemptions.
