Hiding a gift card leaves it out of your reports and analytics, but the card keeps working: its balance doesn't change, it still syncs to your sales channels, and customers can still spend it. Use it for a card that must stay usable but shouldn't affect your figures. Hiding can't be undone. For test cards, delete them instead.
Hide a card
- Go to Gift cards › All gift cards and open the card.
- Under Details, next to Reporting ("Included in reports and analytics"), click Hide.
- Read the confirmation and click Hide from reporting.
You'll see "Gift card hidden from reporting." The card gets a Hidden from reporting badge, the Reporting row changes to "Hidden from reports and analytics", and the activity shows "Hidden from reporting by …". Read-only users can't hide cards.
Reports come from a reporting database that refreshes about every 2 hours, so allow up to 2 hours for the card to drop out of them. See How often reports update.

Can I un-hide a card?
No. The confirmation warns that it can't be undone. If you hid a card by mistake, contact support.
Does a hidden card still count toward my plan?

I hid a card but it's still in my report
Reports refresh about every 2 hours. Check again later.
Can I hide many cards at once?
Not from the dashboard. Cards are hidden one at a time. Contact support if you need to hide a large number.
